I was interested in buying the 3.9 speed crush spear from the Dragon on Midgard. I know this drop no longer is dropped and I am not interested in the slow speed one, but if you have or have access to the 3.9 speed crush spear please send me a tell here or in game.

Hey, if they are still on the server its not really a "bugged" item. Just an item that no longer drops.

Trishin already warned people about the bugged Bloodgorge Scythes.

Warned? So are you saying I can get in trouble for trying to purchase an item that no longer drops? I certainly dont want to be breaking any rules, but I dont see anything wrong w/ trying to buy an item that at one time did drop here. If I was spamming to try and buy the old Worm Con bracer I would doubt there would be a problem, so why w/ a spear?

These items that are just wrong (thrust scythe, crush spear) should really be removed from the game altogether. Is there really any reason they haven't already been?

Just curious Maetel, but what about how the Qadeshian Ice Lance, since it can be either slash or pierce. Does that make it wrong? Not trying to be snotty, just honestly asking. There are several weapons that have different dmg types depending on the type that was dropped. I honestly couldnt say if a crush spear was on live or not since I never played Mid on live.

no spear is crush, only slash n thrust
a drop is not possible to drop this time slash and next time thrust (for example) only Artefacts were possible to choose.

Understood, but you are incorrect about a drop not being able to drop one time thrust and one time slash, the Qadeshian Lance can be dropped as pierce OR slash. Its completely random. I will send Trish and Blue a PM about this. I certainly dont want to get banned over it, but at the same time, why allow items in the game that are bannable? I know of TONS of people that run w/ items that no longer drop (Tear of Tajendi/Old Worm Con Bracer/ Baman's chest piece w/ lvl 8 power regen that is ALWAYS on and not a castable PoM)...., and this is the first I have ever heard of a person getting banned for using one of those items.

I've no idea about the Ice Lance. I was referring to his 1h scythe in the video. There's no way without it you're going to attack as effectively as Gartenkralle, thus, things like that should be removed

Well, we can close this thread down and delete it. I checked with the GM's and they agreed that if I used this item it could be bannable since the spears were not meant to ever have crush damage. Thank you for bringing this to my attention guys, because if not I would have tried my best to get one and prolly would have been banned after using it in RvR. Oh well, at least I still get 2 dmg types on my spear, alltho rangers and shades would have hated me w/ a crush spear

I LITERALLY posted a video of someone using one of these weapons, that they themselves posted. I kind of doubt you'll get banned if something hasn't been done about the guy showing it off.

I understand and even somewhat agree Maetel, but I sent Blue and Trishin a private tell and Trishin confirmed that it could be bannable if i was caught using a crush spear. Based on that I wont spend money on an item that could potentially get me banned. Not saying with 100% certainty that it would get me banned, but the possibility exists.
