Was running around in Murd the other night with a small man just to break up the routine of leveling for a bit and we ended up getting a couple kills and was amazed at the amount of XP we got from it.. kind of begs the question as to why you don’t see more people out there?

Probably because it's ****** annoying to port back when you die and action is inconsistent.

And you get 0 xp if you get 0 kills. So you either get great or horrid xp, and it generally averages out to bleh-ill-just-grind.

And unless you run with people you know, people you find in BGs tend to be pretty bad at their class, since everyone's still kind of figuring stuff out, for the most part.

if the arguement for 3-7min port-timers was to prevent relic waves. Why cant BG tp be instant?

even to the lack of action most of the time i love to level in bg, try to get a few ppl zo get the ck and u have a bonus u cant beat :hammer:
some inc once in a while keeps u awake and the tremendous amount of leatherboots u cant count :lol:

actually the named boss in each bg does drop nice items too
