Hello Community!

Like some of you may have noticed, I have had no regular Internet access during the past 2 months. I'm back now and you can again contact me for administrative support issues.

We're starting the new week with some changes. Our team has increased: Camulos will support us as Community Manager. He is subordinate from Presto and will care of the community and the public relations. Secondary he will support us as Game Master.
Furthermore we have another new Game Master: Mercury. He will support us in the worldbuild and player support. Welcome to the team, you two! ;)

Endiku is the new Lead Game Master. He will coordinate the assignment of the GM and is first contact for ingame penalties.

On our journey through the lands we ran across some animals and could tame them, so that they will serve Hibernias Druids loyal from now on. Due to technical problems we unfortunately could only tame bears. Later we will also send lynxes and wolfs to Hibernia.

The legendary weapons have been downgraded, as you may already have noticed. The damagetypes have been converted to normal damage and the procs/charges have been removed. Those weapons were way too powerful in our setting. Partially the effects had influence on the balance. For example casters could debuff their own spell's damagetypes.
If you still have old weapons that deal elemental damage and have debuffprocs or -charges, please contact us immediately.
You can ask us to remove the weapons' stats to make them able to be enchanted by spellcrafters again, but of course you can keep the stats on the weapons to avoid problems with your armor. The levelrequirements of the weapons will be removed.

In the near future there will be some kind of event: The Uthgard Olympics. We will not provide you further information yet. ;)

I wish you a nice remaining sunday and a lot of fun while playing!

Why are there pets so much more difficult than the rest if i may ask. i mean they are just turrets, choose a location to place them and the fire away. i am no coder and i do admit that flaw. but i am just curious.

problem is that there is alot of work putting into getting a timer on the pets, getting a working fix for amount of pets in x area and a bunch of other factors, such as testings on how much hp each turret has, what dmg it produce, los checks, no movement, difference between main turret and fire and forget ones.. its a whole different setting than copy pasting a chanter pet changing model and such...

therefor a bigger job and a harder task for the staff to do (ive played around with my own servr myself so I know how much work is put into even a simple copy paste script)

and therefor I would like to take time to make a thx to the staff for their work and comitment :) its surely amazing how much work you put into this free time project :) /hug

Don't get me wrong i do appreciate all the hard work staff and the coders put in. i s'pose in the long run it has been a time trial of patients waiting for your favorite class to be implemented. So i apologize if i have up set anyone.
