in the Cursed Mora room behind Haggert's room, the moras down below aggro as soon as you enter the room (no line of sight between mobs and entryway). happened to me both with pets up and with no pets. might also mention that they are currently yellow con.
1. enter cursed tomb
2. work through haggert's room
3. enter cursed mora room and watch as they run up to greet you.
lower (or remove) the aggro range on the cursed moras (and possibly the mora dancers) along the Z-axis. especially when out of line of sight.

not sure if this helps prove/disprove anything, but i do know it's common knowledge that mobs shouldn't aggro you unless they have line of sight and still not necessarily from below as they should be too far away to aggro.
