clicking connect in the Uthgard launcher and I receive the message "The program cant start because vcruntime140.dll is missing. running windows 7 pro
1. stat launcher
2. click connect
3. program attempts to launch and then I get the error message from uth.dll that vcruntime140.dll is missing.
determine if it is a launcher issue or a pc issue.
