1020: Realm Transfer not working

Description

Attempted to switch from Hibernia to Albion using the Realm Transfer tool, the pop up asks if you are sure but when you click it the Transfer doesn't start. Tested with Edge, Firefox, and Chrome.

Reproduction Steps

1. Log in to Uthgard.org
2. Request realm transfer
3. Nothing happens

Intended Behavior

It should start a countdown to indicate that the transfer is initiated
