1031: Sir Gleran's Lost Necklace mob Kedalinde Teanidd not poped

Description

Doing the quest Sir Gleran's Lost Necklace, i camped the spot indicated on alakazam and bdodaoc but could not find the named even killing all the mobs multiple times on the spot : Kedalinde Teanidd is not there to kill and get the necklace to complete the quest

Reproduction Steps

1. create a lvl 11 character
2. finish the quest Niea's Missing Brother
3. Accept the follow up quest Sir Gleran's Lost Necklace
4. go to loc 28200, 1860 in Salisbury plains

Intended Behavior

Add mob Kedalinde Teanidd and have him drop the quest item "golden necklace"
His behaviour is definetly BAF type and he might have some specifics that i don't know
