[Step #4] Follow O'Rourke back to Connla and speak with him.
The NPC isnt interact with the Player as soon as he reached Connla.
If you try to interact with him, you will get the following information:
"O'Rourke looks at you, fear in his eyes and covered in what can be only described as bile"
After that he run off, back to loc 21k / 58k.
The Quest dosnt get updated.
I ve test this Issues 4 times without finding a solution.
1. Level 43 Quests starts in Ardagh - NPC "Illaliel".
2. Follow the Quest until you get Step #4.
3. I ve found O'Rourke in Shannon Estuary (faceloc = 21K / 58K).
4. Right click him and follow him back to Connla.
The NPC isnt interact with the Player as soon as he reached Connla.
If you try to interact with him, he run off (back to loc 21k / 58k).
I dont get the Quest-Update to kill the Named Ollipheist called "Arracht".
