1074: Binding to an Alb house shows a Mid hammer spell effect

Description

When you bind to an Alb house bind stone the spell effect shows a blue hammer instead of the red cup.

Reproduction Steps

1. Log in Alb
2. Go to housing
3. Bind to a house in player housing

Intended Behavior

Simply change the linked spell effect to Alb version

Evidence

I'm a glorious Alb, not a smelly viking. Hammers are boring.
