When you zome into Tepok's Mine in Black Mountains South, it takes about 2-3 seconds to cast any spells.
1. test spells outside of dungeon
2. zone in
3. test spells inside dungeon
will clearly see there is a 2-3 second delay between hitting the button and casting the spell
there shouldn't be lag in the dungeon makes it impossible to level even for classes with pets
please check the live logs, also most of the people online heard me in alliance chat and they have expressed the same concern
