Context : Elf Champion lvl 5 debuffing minions
There's no combat text saying that you do have debuffed the minions.
There should be one.
1. Debuff any minion with while playing a champion
2.
3.
The combat text should say something like "Minion seems weaker" for example.
I know it's not a classic server youtube video, but if you watch the combat text you'll see that there are specific messages when he debuffs enemies.
