I just hit level 10 on my Ranger and gained the Celtic Dual ability. I went to purchase an off-hand weapon and I noticed that none of the daggers are able to be equipped in the left hand. Dirks and stilettos are both left hand usable and daggers fall between the two of them in weapon speeds so daggers should also be able to be wielded in the left hand.
1. Go to a weapon vendor that sells piercing weapons
2. Right click to examine any dagger on the list
3. Note that it does not say "Usable in Left Hand"
Off hand equippable weapons were determined by weapon speed. Stilettos are the slowest left hand usable weapon in Hibernia and everything with a faster swing speed than a stiletto should be left hand usable so daggers need to be fixed so they are left hand usable also.
