My Sorc debuff spells and quickcast are on a 30 minute reuse timer
1. Logged into my sorc
2. Debuffs and quickcast were grayed out
3. Clicking them says it will be another 30 mins before available
The cool down is no where near that long for quickcast and debuff spells
Obviously this is a bug there is no way the recast timer should be that long. Rezoning and relogging did not fix.
