One is supposed to show the scroll of seithkona to the gythja of Bragi in Jordheim. When handing the scroll, she won't accept it by telling: "Something went wrong! Please contact the masters of this world so they may rescue me. :("
The scroll is transferred back in to the inventory. Whispering about the red daggers and the scroll wouldn't resolve this eiher
1. kill korban in skona ravine and take seithkona scroll
2. hand over scroll to gythja of bragi in jordheim
alk with her and she will send you to see Lynnleigh again, and to ask her about Thane's Blood. Lynnleigh, shocked by this question, states that you are too young to ask of this, and need to learn more before she will tell you.
The answer of the npc in chat log is quite clear i suppose
