I was a shaman kobold. My spec bolt did 78 dmg unbuffed, so about 50% of the mob life (yellow)
Base damages of the bolt are 23.
I also notice that on every mobs.
1. get a shaman
2. Spec cave for the 1st bolt
3. Cast it on any mob
Not sure, i don't use to be a developper.
I guess damages are overpowered.
i think the bolt does too many dmg in sight of the base damage.
