I can't add level 40 reactive cold asterite armor tinctures to my level 40 crafted cloth armor.
When trying to combine I get the message "The reactive cold asterite armor tincture is too weak to recharge that".
I tried testing with a lvl50 crafted piece in case the level was the problem and I got the exact same message.
1. Craft a "reactive cold asterite armor tincture" (most likely all the reactive tinctures have the same problem)
2. Try to add it to any piece of gear.
3. You get the message "The reactive cold asterite armor tincture is too weak to recharge that"
You should be able to combine the reactive DD proccs with your armor.
Well, we all used to have proccs on our armor on live :)
