When logging out i had 3 hookpoint items
DL and TNN porter and a Personal vault keeper. when i went to relog to refresh to see if the personal house would refresh to the Guilds name, all 3 items disappeared.
1. make a new house
2. buy items and place items on hook points.
3. attempt to switch house from personal to guild.
4. remove hook point items.
5. put scroll on house transferring it to guild.
6. relog to see if house names changes.
7. place bind stone, and the other 3 items disappear.
The items from your bag should have never disappeared, ofc ^^ not sure how to fix it :(
N/A no items should ever be removed from bag from relogging
