Vik the NPC in Mularn did not provide either Monstrous Beast or
Spat the Wild Cat quests. 16 Berserker at the time was told about the quest from the Jordheim crier. A lower level Warrior confirmed he could receive the quest.
1. Create a level 16 Berserker
2. Check with the Jordheim crier who recommends the quest
3. Talk to Vik to try and receive the quest
