1169: (Hib Quest) Seeking Glory (lvl 20) - Quest not available

Description

According to
http://web.archive.org/web/20031019091240/http://camelot.allakhazam.com/quests.html?realm=Hibernia&cquest=148

there should be a quest called 'seeking glory'
npc called Lauralaye should give the player the quest
but there is no quest or questmarker
Minimum lvl to get it should be lvl 20
Tried it with lvl 20 and lvl 22 ranger = no quest
May be a sidequest from the epic chain

Reproduction Steps

1. get a lvl 20+ ranger
2. Go to Lauralaye in Tnn (near the vault)
3. Talk to her, see if the quest starts or not

Intended Behavior

This quest should be implemented caause it gives a descent recurved bow for rangers
