If a target of a mob's spell is with in the spell's default range, but out of range thanks to nearsight, the mob will just stand their doing nothing as it tries to cast a spell on a target that is out of range. Even when under attack, it still tries to cast the spell over and over.
1. Find a mob that casts spells.
2. Nearsight the mob.
3. Wait for it to try to cast a spell and kite it a bit.
When a mob decides its in range to cast a spell, spell range altering effects need to be accounted for.
I don't have any proof to put here, but the video shows that nearsighting a mob that casts spells effectively makes them just stand their and do nothing until you kill them. This is not correct behavior, the mob should run in closer to cast their spell.
