The rot worms in Campacorentin Forest don't fight back when attacked most of the time. I have killed 8 or 9 of them and only one actually fought back and damaged me, all the others just stood there and took it.
1. Find rot worms by river
2. Attack one
3. Observe behavior of mob
Simply put, all mobs should fight back when attacked else they are just target dummies that give xp.
