1192: Alb Quest:Dugan's Magical Totem doesn't work

Description

Level 20 Mercenary don't receive the quest Dugan's Magical Totem in Cear Witrin form NPC Dugan Advien. The Quest should be activeated with any class at lvl 19.

Reproduction Steps

1.NPC don't give the quest Dugan's Magical Totem.
2.The questline doesn't start.
3.

Intended Behavior

To fix the Problem, the NPC have to give the quest Dugan's Magical Totem to all chars at Level 19 and above.
