The composite feature of Envenom skill isn't working correctly.
7+3 Envenom should allow to apply level 10 poisons but it refuses the action.
1. create character with Envenom skill and items adding to the skill.
2. Try to apply poison with the total skill level (ex. 7+3)
Should be able to apply poisons of the composite level of skill.
Envenom composite skill has worked that way since release.
