Trying to craft a rowan drum will do nothing (no system text, no craft action).
Pressing the craft rowan drum icon will do nothing.
This error ONLY occurs with the rowan drum (skill 25), drums of higher tiers can be crafted without this issue.
1. Join the fletching order.
2. Click on the rowan drum from the Fletching window to create a button for qbar.
3. Press on it to craft - nothing happens.
Clicking on the icon should perform the actions to craft a rowan drum and display some system text (ie. You begin crafting rowan drum, or you need ### materials).

See the combat dialogue window. Pressed the craft rowan lute and flute icons and they show a system message. Pressing the craft rowan drum icon does nothing - no system message is displayed and cannot craft.
