1229: Client crashes when user doesnt reboot PC after patching

Description

The DAOC client will crash after the user selects a realm to play.

Reproduction Steps

1. Patch the daoc client from live server and run the uthgard launcher to patch the client again.
2. Load daoc through uthgard launcher
3. Select realm to play on

Intended Behavior

Rebooting the pc after patching to game client will fix the problem.
