1236: Quest The Creatures of Myrkwood not implemented

Description

* The quest The Creatures of Myrkwood can be taken at level 19 until level 50.
* The starting NPC is Atzar in Gna Faste.
* I went with my level 19 runemaster to visit Atzar(At the top of the tower in Gna Faste), it was not giving any quest and it doesn't have the quest giver golden ring at feet.

Reproduction Steps

1. Go with a level 19 char to visit Atzar at the top of the tower in Gna Faste.
2. Try to interact with Atzar to see if it has any quest to give to you.

Intended Behavior

Implement the quest The Creatures of Myrkwood for the NPC Atzar.

NOTE: Seems that you need this quest to have the option to get another quest named Helping the Arachites.
