Reaver "on-hit" proc doesn't steal life when it hits, but damage is still applied.
1. Roll Saracen Reaver
2. Level to 5
3. Train Flex to 4, Soulrending to 3
4. Fight mobs when below full health and watch combat log for damage instance from Arawn proc
Result: Life is not always stolen when damage from Arawn proc hits the target
Life should always be stolen from targets hit with Arawn Proc.
This has always stolen life when the target did not resist the proc.
