However, upon completing the quest, I got the proper coin and experience, but I received a leather vest, the friar reward, the "Spider Emblazoned Tunic".

1. Have a level 14 scout travel to the NPC Kealan in Campacorentin Station. Right click on the character to talk to him, and click the highlighted text until you are asked if you want to accept a quest. You will be asked to kill a monster named Arachneida.
2. Travel to the required location. Kill first a bloated spider, then Arachneida herself. The two necessary items to complete the quest will automatically be put in your inventory.
3. Travel back to Kealan and talk to him again. Give him the two items he asks for from your inventory and he will reward you with experience, silver, and a chest piece of armor, the "Spider Emblazoned Tunic".
Make the quest reward for scouts be the studded armor piece, the Studded Spider Eye Vest, not the tunic.
