I locate Resa (Step #3) Find Resa in Shannon Estuary.
Dialog begins and the first 2 keywords [help] and [Roane skin] advance dialog but then on third keyword [snatched] the dialog stops advancing.
1. Level up enchanter to 19
2. Get quest from Trainer in TnN
3. Head to Connla talk to NPC smith in town /say Resa
talk to Slevin at tower across the water from town.
Return to Connla and Follow shoreline North of town to Resa
talk to Resa to begin dialog
Resa should finish dialog after [snatched] and tell me that Hazard has stolen her Roane Skin. Then questlog should say kill Hazard and retrieve Roane Skin.
