Went looking for the OTD mobs near Druim Cain this morning. Niy the Overseer was not at his reported spawn location.
According to http://daoc-maps.info/index.php/hibernia/mainland , Niy's spawn location should be at 58000 24000 but he is not there. There's just some regular un-named empyreans there.
1. Go to 58000 24000 in Valley of Bri Leith
2. See Niy is not there

Put Niy and his OTD quest in the game. He's supposed to drop a large weapon.

http://camelot.allakhazam.com/db/search.html?cmob=3678 gives his location as 59.5k 17.5k approx but he isn't there either.
