My pet was out (hunter class). I meant to release it but i hit the ability to call it out right after I had got on the horse. It immediately kicked me off the horse.
1. As a hunter bring your pet out
2. Buy a horse ticket and use it
3. as soon as you get on the horse click the call pet skill
I would think it should not kick you off the horse since it's not an active attack or anything like that.
I could be wrong, but it's a mistake people will make and could leave you in a bad spot if you have a slow character like mine.
I asked on IRC and they seemed to think that was a worthy bug report. I specifically asked because I didn't know what the intended mechanic is. I could be wrong and it's working as intended.
