After i joined a new guild i couldn't talk and even read anything in my guild tab and i am sure that people is typing there. The guild master tryed to promote me to rank 1 but nothing changed (and also he could promote me only if i was logged out)

I think that just my character has been bugged since no one before had this problem. Please help me
It's surely a bug since the guild leader told me that no one got any problems before me and he couldn't even promote me if i'm logged in.
