Keara is a quest giver NPC in Ardee that offers a quest for elves and lurikeen to magically change her back to her Elven form. On live, the NPC recognizes the race of the PC and reacts negatively to speaking with humans and Firbolgs. Keara does not appear to recognize the race of characters speaking with her, and mistakes elven characters for human.
1. create an elven or lurikeen character
2. go to Ardee and talk to Keara upstairs

I realize many quests are not yet implemented, but even if this quest is not currently in game, it will not allow any characters to participate in it. keara must either be able to recognize the specific races of characters interacting with her, or else recognize all characters as elf or lurikeen so they can participate in the quest.
