0129: Missing quest item from "Evenings Empty Blessing"

Description

Was not given the bear mask to deliver to Tell. See: http://camelot.allakhazam.com/quests.html?cquest=98

Reproduction Steps

1. Accept quest "Evenings Empty Blessing" from Aegan in Mularn at level 14
2. Check inventory for bear mask
3. Deliver :)

Intended Behavior

Fix quest according to http://camelot.allakhazam.com/quests.html?cquest=98

You receive a bear mask from Aegan!

[Step #2] Speak to Kell; learn of what is happening at Fort Veldon.

You hand Kell the bear mask.

Evidence

No bear mask in inventory and did not sell or destroy it :)
