1291: "Spicket, Spackit and Spykit"-Quest shows new Quest prompt

Description

The Hib-Quest "Spicket, Spacket and Spykit" displays the "new Quest-Windows" (showing Rewards, XP, etc...).

Reproduction Steps

1. Level 5 required
2. Talk to the NPC "Mannix" in Mag Mell
3. Choose "strength", "dexterous" or "smarter"
4. Each choice tripggers a slightly different quest (different mob to kill, different reward)

Intended Behavior

Quest should just show the classic Quest-Prompt, not Showing Rewards etc.

Evidence

Gnome stated, Quests should show the old Prompt. If not, thats a bug and should be reportet. Here we go :)
