1292: Double names in guild tab of /social after login and refresh

Description

After logging my toon, as I always do, I tried /social to check the guild status.

I encountered a bizarre behaviour with double names in guild tab list and even a refresh does not change that.
It's only 2 people, not all the guild members that are causing this bug.
It's not class specific (except if it is on the 1st page only) because clerics were also present on second page and working well.

I noticed that the guild tab does not refresh automatically too at login or when you clic /social : you need to refresh manually.

This morning i had one of the 2 guildmates with duplicate names logged in but shown greyed as "logged within 6 hours"

Another one, as i was typing his report logged out and changed toon : his other character is still showing in the guild social tab greyed (show offline not selected)

Reproduction Steps

1. Not really sure how to reproduce the bug : may be toon specific or guild specific
2. May try to have clerics log in a guild and check social
3.

Intended Behavior

unlogged toon should be shown only while selecting show offline in the guild social tab
all toons should appear only once
