1295: Named mob "Lady Grimalf" in myrkwood didn't exist in v1.65

Description

Named mob "Lady Grimalf" spawns on the isle between Galplen and Gna Faste in Myrkwood. The mob was implemented to the game after patch 1.65.

Reproduction Steps

1. Check the isle between Gna Faste & Galplen
2. See Named Mob "Lady Grimalf"
3. Remove it

Intended Behavior

Remove the named mob "Lady Grimalf"
