Problem with the weapon reward from the quest "blessed enchantement" epic quest lvl 40

i choose h2h weapon the weapon is called "Blessed barbed claws" and is intended to be usable in left hand but is not :

( note that the name of the weapon is different here )
when i try to put the weapon on left hand it says the blessed barbed claws can't go there but from alakhazam is intended to be usable in left hand.
1. Finish savage epic quest lvl 40 blessed enchantment and choose 1 hand weapon / h2h
2. try to put the weapon in left hand
3.
the weapon <blessed barbed claws> should be usable in left hand as specified in the item description.
alakhazam say that the weapon is usable in left hand and item description say usable in the left hand too.
