When trying to equip Deathsight Perfection Bracer, the item does not affect my necro, when clearly it is a Necromancer item. It is a level 41 item and I am currently 32 and it is currently Red con to me.
1. Get Deathsight Perfection Bracer
2. Equip it
3. Effects do not affect.
Let it affect the correct class when they put on the bracer.
