Description

[Savage] Brutal Blows Savagery Line has no effect on damage. Will increase the melee damage for 15 sec with a cost of life

Reproduction Steps

1. Check damage before Brutal Blows
2. Use Blutal Blows buff on your savage
3. Check the same damage is done

Intended Behavior

After use Blutal Blows savagery line the melee damage have to increase in a percent described on the description (from 5% to 25% depending your savagery level)
