I'm an nechnater level 36. The TNN Town Crier told me thant Jarnath would have a quest for me
1. Become level 36
2. visit the Town Crier in TNN
3. Search for quest giver Jarnath
He should be found infront of the hall of night
Insert the NPC Jarnath or remove the his quest from TNN Town Crier
I searched the whole area. No Jarnath. Maybe you dont want us to have the quest (patchlevel?)
