When trying to claim a keep with a full group, it is only possible when the group contains 8 guild members. At the moment you cannot claim with a mixed-guild group.
1. Make a full group - say 6 guild members and 2 alliance
2. Capture a keep
3. Wait several minutes for the keep to not be in combat
3. /gc claim on the lord
It should not require 8 players from a single guild to claim a keep at this patch level. A group leader should be able to claim for his guild with any group of 8 players.
