1343: Aggressive Blind Boogey in Cardova, ref issue 1153

Description

I found another aggressive Blind Boogey mob in Catacombs of Cardova. Reference Cirdan's reply to Issue #1153.

Reproduction Steps

1. Go to Catacombs of Cardova.
2. Find the Blind Boogey mob at approximately 23700 23800
3. The mob is aggressive and should not be.

Intended Behavior

The Blind Boogey mobs in Catacombs of Cardova should be neutral, not aggressive.
