The difrent Ench DPS debuff from the light line are on difrent timers. so you can use the lvl 11 and 21 simultaniously. and since they (rightfully so) rupt you get 2 insta rupts every 5 seconds (or more if the higher ones behave the same)
1. get a ench with at least 21 light spec
2. /duel with a casting class
3. use the instas to make it impossible for the enemy to cast :-)
all the difrent debuffs should be on the same timer so you only have one rupt every 5 seconds ;)
no real prove but i guess if it were right this way you would have seen both debuffs in videos from back in the day since the rupting part was well known :-)
