Mid quest Morana's Tunic is missing. Quest should be available from 18 to 50.

Reproduction Steps

1. Obtain level 18
2. Attempt to obtain quest from NPC Sentry Dwarn in tower at Gna Faste
3.

Intended Behavior

Quest should be implemented at patch level from NPC Sentry Dwarn
