1388: Mid Kill Task Scroll of Eternal Sorrow missing

Description

NPC Trunk does not provide dialogue in regards to the kill task Scroll of Eternal Sorrow. NPC Trunk should offer dialogue on what he will accept as a turn in item. Kill task should be available from level 23 to 25.

Reproduction Steps

1. Obtain level 23
2. Attempt to talk to Trunk in Fort Atla
3.

Intended Behavior

Implement dialogue with NPC trunk in Fort Atla. Allow the collection and turn in of scrolls.
