In the vicinity of Prydwen Keep, some spriggarns do not fight back when attacked.
1. Target spriggarn
2. Enter combat
3. Watch mob not fight back
All mobs should fight back when attacked, I would think.
Well, some of the spriggarns fight back, and randomly some do not. There's nothing to indicate that a particular spriggarn is a pacifist.
