I collected the quest items from the above mentioned quest. After that I sold some loot I had in my inventory and accidentally sold the quest item Lock of Hair. Now I can't complete that quest because I sold that item.
1. Create an hib char and level it to 13
2. Go to the NPC "Rhian" in Tir na mBeo and accept the quest
3. Collect the quest items until you're on quest step 5
4. Sell Hair of Lock to a merchant
Quest items shouldn't be sellable because you can't complete the quest after you sold the item
