The npc Agnor Crusher and the mob Squirt is there , but npc doesnt give quest on min lvl 15, i havent tryed on higher lvl.
1. Level a char to min lvl 15
2. Travel to huginfel
3. Talk to Agnor Crusher
Agnor Crusher should give u the quest Paranoid Guard or remove the mob Squirt which is a step on the quest
