I logged on at 11:40pst on June 5th power regen was fine, but when the clock hit June 6th 12:00am PST power regen slowed way down for almost everyone on Midgard too. Not quite everyone but everyone noticed a huge difference.
Sorry I can't give you much more info but it's slowed done in combat and out of combat sitting down.
1. Use up power
2. Regen Power
3. Watch Slowness of 1% every 6-10s it's really slow.
See if anything for power regen was recently changed?
Myself and almost all of Midgard noticed it. Not sure how to test this further without seeing code.
